By accessing or using either site and any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our websites, digital content, coaching programs, and community platforms.

Description of Services

We offer marriage coaching programs, online courses, group coaching communities (via Skool), and digital resources designed to help couples grow in communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution.

Use of Site

You agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. You may not copy, resell, or misuse any of our proprietary materials.

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on any of our platforms, you are responsible for:

-Maintaining the security of your login

-All activities that occur under your account

-We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Coaching & Program Policies
Refund Policies

-Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds.
-Private Coaching Programs:
At The McCabe Life, LLC, clients may cancel their coaching program within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. If cancellation occurs within that 30-day period, any refund issued will be determined on a pro-rated basis, in The McCabe Life, LLC’s sole discretion, based on the portion of services that remain unused. All services already rendered, delivered, scheduled, or completed are non-refundable.

Any approved refund will also be subject to a $100 assessment and administrative fee.

In addition, although The McCabe Life, LLC may choose to absorb applicable credit card processing fees and/or financing-related fees at the time of purchase, those fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If a refund is approved, any credit card processing fees, financing fees, merchant fees, or similar transaction costs associated with the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to any pro-rated adjustment and administrative fee.

After thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Session Cancellation

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to offer grace when appropriate. If you communicate clearly and respectfully about a late cancellation, we’re often able to accommodate without penalty. However, if late cancellations or missed sessions become a recurring pattern—especially without communication—we reserve the right to deduct a session from your total or pause scheduling until consistency improves. We simply ask for mutual respect of time, and in return, we commit to being understanding when real-life moments arise.

Coach Cancellations
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance. If this occurs, we will communicate as soon as possible and do our best to reschedule promptly. While we deeply value your time and are committed to honoring it, we reserve the right to cancel a session when necessary without offering compensation, as life occasionally presents situations outside our control. Just as we extend grace when life happens on your end, we appreciate the same understanding in return.

Weekly Check-Ins

If a couple in a coaching program does not schedule a session within 8 weeks, the frequency at which Coaches reach out will change and/or stop, until the couple reengages in sessions.

Financing Options – Affirm and Klarna
We offer flexible financing through Affirm and Klarna for your investment. Financing is subject to approval and may vary based on creditworthiness.

-12-Month, 0% Interest Payment Plan: Available for qualifying applicants. The 12-month, 0% interest payment option is an example based on the applicant’s credit profile. Specific terms may vary based on your credit score and approval by Affirm or Klarna.

-Low-Interest Financing: For applicants who do not qualify for 0% interest, low-interest payment options are available. The interest rate and monthly payment amounts will vary based on your creditworthiness, with rates starting at 10% APR. Terms for low-interest financing are available for up to 36 months.

-Approval and Credit Check: All financing options are subject to credit approval by Affirm or Klarna. By selecting financing, you authorize a credit check through either provider, which may impact your credit score.

-Terms and Conditions: The financing terms presented (e.g., 12-month or low-interest options) are examples and may differ based on the applicant’s credit profile. Financing approval, terms, and rates are subject to change at the discretion of Affirm or Klarna. Please refer to Affirm and Klarna’s official websites for the most up-to-date terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including videos, PDFs, coaching materials, logos, and graphics—is owned by The McCabe Life LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

Links to Third Parties

Our site may include links to external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

Limitation of Liability

We provide educational tools and support; however, results are not guaranteed.

Your success depends on your effort and engagement.

We are not responsible for outcomes, and lack of results is not grounds for a refund.

Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to bring claims in court or in class action format.
