The McCabe Life application is a Marriage Coaching/Consulting application. By using The McCabe Life application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, The McCabe Life may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

-E-mail Address

-Phone Number

If you purchase The McCabe Life's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include:

-Registering for an account

-Entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners

-Signing up for special offers from selected third parties

-Sending us an email message

-Submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services

-Complete a transaction

-Debug errors that impair existing functionality

Children Under Thirteen

The McCabe Life does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

Digital Products & Refund Policy

- All sales of digital products are final. Digital products are proprietary, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

-Breakthrough Calls are non-refundable. Since we only meet with a few couples at a time, if you cancel, you take a spot from another couple.

-Coaching Programs have a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. After 30 days, there are no refunds. Any refunds issued within the 30-day window will be prorated based on the number of sessions already used and subject to a $300 processing fee.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, The McCabe Life may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from The McCabe Life or click on a link therein.If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from The McCabe Life, you may opt-out of such communications by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom.

Changes to this Statement

The McCabe Life reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
