Delivery PolicyAt The McCabe Life LLC, we sell virtual products and render service. We deliver our products to users via Emails, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, Zoom.... etc as it suits the individual and or couple. All sessions are attended by Katie and Terry McCabe. However, can be fulfilled by just one of us in the event of circumstances beyond our control. (Acts of God, Jury Duty, Travel Delays, Injuries, or Death....etc.) The couple may reserve the right to pause sessions until both parties can be there, or continue sessions with just Katie McCabe or Terry McCabe. Content PolicyAt The McCabe Life LLC, we plan to deliver the marriage curriculum via Zoom. Over 12 sessions (VIP Program) or 8 sessions (Standard Program), we will cover the topics of Communication, Conflict Resolution, Financial Management, Partner Style and Habits, Leisure Activities, Sexual Relationships, Family and Friends, Roles and Responsibilities, Children and Parenting*, and Spiritual Beliefs. We reserve the right to adjust the curriculum based on our discretion regarding what the couple needs up to not but not limited to: covering all of the topics, repeating the same category, or not covering any category at all. Cancellation/Refund PolicyAt The McCabe Life LLC, you may cancel your coaching program at any time within 30 days of purchase. Your refund amount will be the total paid minus $100 for assessment fees. Any cancellations made after 30 days will not qualify for a refund. Your refunded amount is pro-rated to the number of sessions left on your program. VIP 2-on-2 Coaching Program is 12 sessions in total, and the Standard 2-on-2 coaching program is 8 sessions in total. with any questions. Refunds are not available on Breakthrough Calls. The McCabe Life LLC, is only responsible for providing resources to improve your marriage. Only you and your significant other are responsible for the results. Not everyone will utilize these resources to the best of their ability so results will vary. Results are not guaranteed and lack of results is not grounds for a refund. In the event of a death in both Katie McCabe and Terry McCabe at the same time, refunds for all unused sessions will be given by our power of attorney as soon as made available. Unused sessions expire 18 months after the date of the last session or purchase date whichever is greater. Scheduling Appointments PolicyYou may cancel a currently booked appointment up to 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge session credit when appointments are missed or canceled less than 48 hours in advance. If you miss a Breakthrough Call Appt and did not cancel within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge for an additional call as a time slot was taken away from other clients. For any couple in our program, that does not book a session during an 8-week period, we reserve the right to put them on hold and their spot in the program can be awarded to someone else. If this takes place, the couple will be notified and they will have to wait until another spot opens up to begin sessions again. Changes to TermsThe McCabe Life LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which
